Heartfelt Dreams Grow Slowly For many years, Cindy and I sought a way to reach the poor with Jesus’ love. We began in the inner city of Los Angeles and later aided refugees from Eastern Europe. When we were 35 (right) and SO much younger the Lord showed us how we could serve Him in India. Our dreams were not fulfilled overnight. God’s plans unfurl themselves slowly. In the process, He purifies our dreams and our hearts to keep us from falling or faltering under the load of His purposes. Are you waiting on Him for something? Be patient and faithful in what He has already given you, and you will see Him do more than you ever imagined. He has shown us that He loves to do not only the difficult, but the impossible as well!
