God Still Multiplies our Loaves—By Television Broadcast I have often appeared on various programs in America from Fox News to The Harvest Show (last month, bottom). But I am more excited about how God just opened a television door for us in India. For 6 years we applied to Indian television for permission to broadcast a Christian Gospel program for one-half hour each Sunday. We had been denied until a Christian man recently began to work there. He brought our application to the head of the studio. He shared how we had helped the poor for 18 years providing food, flood and fire relief, medical care, homes for orphans and many other acts of service. After he heard these things, the head of the studio relented and offered us 30 minutes each week. Pastor Joseph (above) tapes the message at our facility and then the studio airs it to some 250,000 viewers. To reach 250,000 people in an evangelistic outreach, we would spend between $250,000-$300,000 for a 5 day outreach. Instead of spending such a vast sum of money that would quickly be gone, God has shown us He is still the God of the impossible. He still multiplies our loaves. How?? The studio head agreed to allow us to air our Gospel message for $25 each week!!!! That’s right, $25. When we give all we have to serve Him, He shows us that He has the power to take our little and make it into something beyond our wildest imagination. For many years, we prayed for the ability to reach into the homes of those who would never see a church. God did it in such a way that only HE can get the glory. Praise His name!
