Rejoicing--We Return to India In past six months, India has seen tremendous turmoil. In the west, the terrorist attacks in the city of Mumbai left more than a hundred dead and three hundred wounded. In eastern India, where MOJ is located, anti-Christian violence has reached unprecedented levels. Even Christian orphanages have been attacked, burned and workers murdered. Some are surprised that we are returning now, but now we are needed more than ever. It is important that our orphans and staff know they are not alone and that we share with them in suffering as well as rejoicing in God’s protection to date. Thought the trip is arduous the joy of being with our beloved friends more than compensates us. This year we will take our staff and 62 pastors through the book of Colossians . We will also be bringing in gifts for our children and we’ll take new photos of all them. Finally, we will be planning our outreach and assessing where God is leading in a region that is becoming violent towards believers. Would you please pray for the safety of our 200 children and 62 pastors and churches? We need God’s protection, now more than ever. May He be greatly Glorified through each of our lives.!
